We believe customers have a right to know how their product was made. 1.5 metres of South Indian mangalgiri cotton fabric sourced from Jaipur has been used for this piece.

Manufactured in our workshop at Pune, this product is hand-printed in Jaipur, India using traditional techniques of hand block printing. Subtle variations in patterns are natural to this process.

JODI is an India-based design studio founded by longtime friends Gauri Verma and Karuna Laungani. The brand works with 100% natural Indian textiles and the artisanal process of hand-block printing.

Society of Cloth was cultivated out of a love for cultural craft, artisan communities, and the history behind the clothes we wear everyday. With the rise of fast fashion, we seem to have forgotten that each garment is a form of art and carries stories, traditions, and meaning.
